Press Release: Fintuity Launch Financial Well-Being Benefits to help Employers and Employees

London: Following the recent expansion of their advice team and the forthcoming launch of their virtual financial advice offering, Fintuity has utilised its digital platform capability to launch Financial Well-Being packages to Employers.

Fintuity’s Chief Operating Officer Tony Beaven stated:

”Many businesses are now becoming aware of the impact financial well-being can have on staff retention and productivity in the workplace. In recent survey findings by PWC and ADP, 58% of employees were worried about their finances, and 79% expected their employers to help with their financial well-being.

The last eighteen months have been challenging for employers and employees with furloughs, utility increases and proposed national insurance rises impacting the financial well-being of employees.

Our philosophy at Fintuity is to support employers and their staff by financially educating them, making financial advice affordable and giving employees the ability to make informed financial choices; thus, improving their well-being and mental health.

With TISA, the savings trade body, recently calling for 38 million UK savers to be given access to personalised guidance, ensuring that people have access to low-cost, Independent Financial Advice is critical, therefore using the fintech efficiencies and processes that Fintuity are renowned for will help address the country’s needs.’’

About Fintuity:  Fintuity is an FCA regulated industry-changing fintech organisation that was founded in 2017 to disrupt the UK’s Financial Advisory sector and to close the gap between affordability and access to compliant retail financial advice.  We have introduced a game changing hybrid model (human advisor + tech) and are further developing unique AI-driven Virtual Advisory tools to help millions of people in the UK and abroad get access to quality holistic financial advisory services.
