As Fintuity continues to grow and with increasing numbers of clients, we are delighted to announce that we are expanding the team to meet demand!

As part of this growth we are specifically growing our customer relations team and as these are the people who will be your first point of call with Fintuity, we would like to introduce them to you. We will serialising our team each week with a blog to introduce you to those with whom you’ll be working with.

Introducing Ruth Arnett – Customer Relationship Manager

Ruth is part of our Client Relationship team and is currently studying to complete her Level 4 Diploma with the CII.

She is a first point of contact for our clients, remaining available for help throughout the onboarding process.  Ruth also assists Richard Boughton, our head of business development with the managment of external relationships and will be there to assist you with any initial onboarding queries.

Following the completion of her Mathematics degree, she moved to Italy where Ruth gave financial advice to British expats. Her hobbies include fine dining and reading.
